COVID-19: Letter From The President

As a valued part of our Clark Media community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our phones remain open while our staff works from home to best respond to the challenges of our changing work environment. We’re aligning with industry leaders and brainstorming new solutions involving complex secure data transmissions. We are also seeking new ways to communicate and work with each other, our partners and freelance staff safely and more efficiently.

We are implementing new procedures to ensure maximum safety for each rental and every production, these measures include:

• Increased cleaning and sanitizing protocols for our building, production truck and all equipment, headphones, touch screens, knobs, buttons and keypads.
• We are following social distancing recommendations and creating isolated work spaces as mandated.
• Providing staff and crew members with masks and gloves. Offering disposable headphones to production personnel.
• We installed a REME HALO Whole Home In-Duct Air Purifier system and UV light filter to kill 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses in our mobile truck. Approved for hospitals and medical facilities, the dual ionizers also reduce airborne particulates.
